Reform Prosthetics is a full services amputee rehabilitation center that offers guidance to both patients who are planning an amputation operation or have already had one.
At Reform Prosthetics our mission is “Educate. Motivate. Reform.” We live out this mission by working with patients during all stages in their amputation process. Reform is not a typical rehabilitation center. Whether a patient is preparing for an amputation or has been an amputee utilizing prosthetics for years, Reform Prosthetics is committed to giving our patients the quality care and expertise that will educate them on their options, motivate them to achieve their goals, and reform their amputation experience through the best prosthetic technology available.

Graviel
At the age of 6, Graviel was run over by a train car, loosing his entire right leg. After 10 years of using crutches, he received a prosthesis from Shriner's Hospital. After years of use, this prosthesis eventually broke down. This is when Graviel met Dr. Richard Lynn. Dr. Lynn sought out a new prosthetic solution and was connected with Ryan and Zach. Graviel was refit with a hip disarticulation prosthesis. Graviel was refit within in a week. Inspired to help other patients, he began Centro De Protesis.
